The ANR dated March 14, 2017 creates:
Lot 1 on North Street - 0.92 acres/40,137 sq feet (all upland)
Lot 3 on North Street - 4.3 acres/183,232 sq feet of upland outside WPOD (Wetland Protection Overlay District). TOTAL = 10.08 acres/459,448 sq feet total acreage (5.8 acres/244,899 sq feet upland and 4.4 acres/94,549 sq feet wetlands).
Lot 4 on Keene Street - 0.92 acre/40,479 sq feet of upland outside of WPOD. TOTAL = 1.44 acres/82,880 sq feet of upland and .043 acres/18,929 sq feet of wetland).
